All parts we use are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing faults or defective materials for their entire service life.
We don't claim to be perfect & we know that even high quality new parts could potentially fail before they should. If a job we did for you has a problem at any time within five years, we will fix it in the shortest possible time, with the minimum of inconvenience to you. We are here to serve you. The safety of your vehicle is our highest priority so don't hesitate to talk to us if you have a question or even the slightest concern.
Five year guarantee applies to new parts and labour only. Reconditioned parts are guaranteed by AutoLab for two years or 60,000 km, whichever occurs first. These extended guarantees only apply with documented proof that AutoLab's recommended service intervals and maintenance has been carried out.
Our guarantees are non-transferable. Our five year guarantee does not cover normal wearing items such as oils, fluids, filters, brake pads, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, spark plugs, globes, rubber pads, rubber dust boots, other rubber components, tyres, glass, hoses and batteries. These items are covered by normal manufacturers' warranties. Our guarantees do not cover damage occurring from overheating or lack of oil. Any sub-contract repairs are covered by sub-contractors' guarantees and warranties only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NEW CAR BOOK SERVICE INTERVALS DO NOT PREVENT EXCESSIVE DAMAGE AND WEAR TO YOUR VEHICLE IF THE VEHICLE IS PRIMARILY USED FOR STOP START CITY DRIVING AND SHORT TRIPS.
